FERMENTIQ founder Patrick Artucov leads the development of FERMENTIQ’s control systems and hardware architecture. His focus lies on robust and scalable system design, the integration of sensors and actuators, and the development of user-friendly control platforms suitable for both practical and industrial applications. He serves as the technical link between the company’s development roadmap—from 1-liter systems and pilot-scale solutions to future industrial-scale implementation.
Alexander Mader
FERMENTIQ founder Alexander Mader is an engineer and food technologist with extensive hands-on experience in the development and production of ingredients for the food and pet food industries. He translates practical process expertise and individual customer requirements into technical and operational specifications for national and international markets. Working closely with customers, he is responsible for use-case design, validation strategies, product and process requirements for future scale-up, and eventual commercialization.
