The First-Mover Kit for ingredient manufacturers has been specifically developed for companies that want to build internal capabilities and strategically evaluate fermentation opportunities. It prepares your organization for success and significantly shortens the path to your first successful fermentation process.

The kit includes a robust, food-grade 1-liter fermenter with a central control unit capable of managing multiple fermenters simultaneously. It is complemented by a sterilization and autoclave concept that can be operated without extensive laboratory expertise.

This enables your team to build internal know-how through reliable experimentation while creating a solid foundation for future investment decisions.

Our scalable control architecture creates the foundation for future innovation. The control logic is independent of vessel size and can be expanded through adapted sensors, actuators, and safety components.

Every laboratory process can be transferred to pilot and production scale using the same control philosophy. Scale-up is possible without changing systems—even when operating multiple fermenters in parallel—ensuring reproducible process performance.

The platform initially supports 100-liter and 1,000-liter systems and can later be expanded to industrial applications of up to 20,000 liters.
